I've torn a calf muscle and will be spending the rest of the weekend like a pubic louse, getting around on crutches.

So much for dancing my arse off tomorrow night (not to mention my vow to stop missing taekwondo class, for at least another 6 weeks). Even a Megabar-style Ladder of Death won't keep me from djing, but all of you lovelies are going to have to do my dancing for me, while i sit and watch enviously.

And i've left my 'Interview Me' questions at work, so i'll have to think them up again. Bear with me, those that requested some.

I wonder if i could find a stylish walking cane before tomorrow night.

At taekwondo last night. The frustrating thing is that it wasn't while kicking around, but just running about playing poison ball (which we do to get warmed up before stretching, so as to avoid injuries - facepalm!). If i'd done through carelessness or pushing myself too hard, i'd have only myself to blame, but being Just One Of Those Things is a real pissoff.

Needless to say I'be been checking out E-bay under the 'vintage' category.

I'd like to come out for the first time in nearly 2 years, since I can afford taxis both out and back. I have my heart set on going somewhere on NYE but I mentioned to you before about coming to the night you DH at.
At KKBB at least I'll know someone (or sometwo, if stranger-ess is there) -
I was distinctly concerned with the lack of familiar faces, and the crowds of younger 'uns last time I was out, and it can only be worse now.
And of course, Fran and Nicki aren't clubbing.

So expect to see me in 3 weeks or so?
