more house stuff

Drama with the agent sorted out, light fittings tracked down and agent nice as pie this time. All that's left is the owner to come round and finish the job of sealing up the chimney to keep the birds out (good luck or not, birdpoop on the stove is not a good look). Hopefully he'll have been and gone before we bring the felines around.

Then, just the rest of the moving and carting to go, then the scrubbing and patching (ugh).

Don't think i ever want to see another cardboard box again. (Anybody shifting house soon and going to need boxes? We got a million of the buggers).

Glad to hear it's mostly sorted, that way you can start living there and making it home. Which is important.

That just makes me think of the gay rabbit in Mr Hell (the one that ws liberated from the testing laboratory, if you've ever seen that show).

Oops, had a look around last night at what we still have to shift, and don't think the boxes will be free for at least another week.
