snot monster from the end of the world..

Ugh.  This cold isn't getting better, it's getting worse.  Now my neck's stiff and sore and my head won't stop aching.  I would have thought all the garlic pills i've been throwing at it for the past week would have beaten it into retreat by now.

I was going to stay home today but when i rang in i found there was no-one to cover me, so here i am.  At least i'm only half an hour away now, rather than an hour and a half commute each way, which made it easier, and a lie-in 'til 10 was nice.

Maybe tomorrow i'll stay home all day.

I never take sick days, seems such a shame to waste it being actually sick.
