vinyl for playing, not wearing

Still a bit sick, so no nightlife for me this weekend, but there's not too much wrong with a quiet morning re-exploring my long negelected vinyl collection (Icicle Works, Crime & the City Solution, Virgin Prunes, Danse Macabre - i'd forgotten how good a lot of this stuff is, for a certain mood) followed by a couple of films at the Westgarth's Horror/Sci-fi marathon (slept in too long to catch Return of the Living Dead, but will go see Thunderbirds Are Go and House of 1000 Corpses).

Amazing how much better life looks when you've got a week off work ahead of you.
